Poughkeepsie, NY-July 7, 2014—Digestive Disease Center of the Hudson Valley, the region’s leading Gastroenterology Group, has added a fourth female Gastroenterologist to its team of healthcare providers.
Mojdeh Momeni, MD, FACG is a board-certified, fellowship-trained Gastroenterologist who specializes in the treatment and prevention of diseases and disorders of the digestive tract, including:

Dr. Momeni received her Medical Degree from Shahid Beheshti University in Tehran, Iran and completed her residency at New York Methodist Hospital. Weill Cornell Medical College. She completed her Fellowship in Gastroenterology at Brooklyn Hospital Center in Brooklyn, New York.
She previously worked as the Director of Ambulatory Care Services and Associate Program Director of the Gastroenterology Fellowship Program at the Brooklyn Hospital Center in Brooklyn, New York.
She is also currently an Associate Professor of Medicine at Saint George’s Medical School in the Caribbean.
Dr. Momeni is a diplomat of the American Board of Internal Medicine and the American Board of Gastroenterology.
She is a member of the American College of Gastroenterology and the New York Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy.
Dr. Momeni has privileges at Mid-Hudson Regional Hospital of Westchester Medical Center, Vassar Brothers Medical Center and Hudson Valley Endoscopy Center in Fishkill.
