“This is the first event of its kind to benefit the fight against Celiac Disease, and we’re proud to be a part of it,” says Dr. Ravi Hotchandani, a board-certified gastroenterologist withDigestiveDiseaseCenter. “Celiac Disease often goes undiagnosed, so we hope to educate people and raise money for support and research in the Hudson Valley community at the same time.”
